Give Day Challenge 2022

On Friday, April 22nd, UC Davis will launch its 6th annual Give Day, which is a 29-hour online giving campaign to raise funds for critical programs and services across campus.

Wolf Heyer has started a tradition to each year sponsor a Give Day Challenge and this year he will honor Distinguished Professor Emeritus John Roth. A famed bacterial geneticist and member of the National Academy of Sciences since 1988, Dr. Roth has educated and mentored generations of young scientists.

Please join Wolf in making a gift to the John R. Roth Undergraduate Research Award. We hope to raise enough to endow the Roth Award to generate annual awards in perpetuity for undergraduates conducting research in our department. You can donate right now through the end of Give Day (5:00pm on Saturday, April 23rd) and your gift will count towards our Give Day Challenge.
