Professor Kenjiro Quides Appointed CAMPOS Scholar

Assistant Professor of Teaching Kenjiro Quides, who joined our department this summer, was appointed as scholar in the CAMPOS program that advances diversity in the STEM fields and is led by MMG faculty Mariel Vazquez (Meet the 2022 CAMPOS Faculty Scholars).  As the first Assistant Professor of Teaching, Kenjiro will enhance the impact of CAMPOS by becoming the bridge to STEM teaching.  Besides Kenjiro and CAMPOS director Mariel Vazquez, MMG faculty Samuel Díaz-Muñoz and Jacqueline Barlow are part of the CAMPOS program showing the commitment to our department's mission to enhance diversity among our faculty and student body.
