On Friday, April 14th, UC Davis will launch its 7th annual Give Day, which is a 29-hour online giving campaign to raise funds for critical programs and services across campus.

As is now an MMG tradition, I have sponsored a Give Day Challenge for our department. This year we raise funds for the American Society for Microbiology (ASM) club chapter in MMG. ASM is based on the purpose of motivating the academic and professional pursuits of its members to advance the microbial sciences in a positive environment. Your gift is critical to supporting our students as they explore microbiology, research, and career outlooks taking full advantage of the opportunities provided the professional society ASM.
