The courses listed below have a Course Materials and Services Fee to cover costs associated with the laboratory or course. Students who are unable to afford the fee may request a waiver from the department. Completed forms must be returned to CAO Eva Jakab in the MMG Business Office, 354 Briggs Hall, before the 20th day of instruction. Fees may be waived only in cases of extreme financial hardship that has not been addressed through financial aid. Supporting documentation is required. Students are encouraged to seek assistance from the Financial Aid Office.
